Refer to the Assist'enGare service for all information about the assistance service at stations for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility

In the current context of the health crisis, please book your assistance in advance in order to guarantee it.

"Accès Plus" is the national service of care at stations and accompaniment to the train for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.

Passengers are welcomed by staff at the service centre along platform 27 (same place as lost & found). 
Equipment available: - Elevation ramp for access to trains - Wheelchair - Magnetic induction loop
