* If you have "Paris 2024 Accreditation" and you wish to book assistance, please call 32 12 and indicate that you have "Paris 2024 Accreditation". This will facilitate coordination with the Games’ organisation teams.
We strongly recommend that you book your assistance service as soon as you book your train ticket, and no later than 24 hours before your departure. This way you can guarantee assistance on the train that you want. Without booking, you will be assisted for the required train if possible.
Contact Assist'enGare for the deaf and hard-of-hearing
Rogervoice is the relay service we use for the deaf and hard-of-hearing to chat with our Assist’enGare advisors through a translation operator.
This service is available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 9pm (excluding public holidays) in French Sign Language, Cued French Language and Real Time Speech Transcription, and 24/7 as Text Transcription.
