Reach Assist'enGare for deaf and hearing-impaired persons

Rogervoice, our relay centre that allows deaf and hearing-impaired persons to chat with our Assist’enGare telephone advisers via a translator-operator.
This service is available from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 9pm (excluding public holidays) in French Sign Language (FSL), French Spoken Composed Language (LfPC) and Real Time Speech Transcription (TTRP), and 24/7 in Text Transcription (TT).
