To book, modify or cancel an assistance service
Refer to the Assist'enGare service for all information about the assistance service at stations for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility
The service is provided from first train to last train.
To use the assistance service for people with disabilities and reduced mobility, you must:
- arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your train departs,
- only have a single piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 15kg,
if you are in a wheelchair, its dimensions must not exceed 700mm width and 1200mm length.
This service is guaranteed if booked at least 48 hours in advance.
