To book, modify or cancel an assistance service
Refer to the Assist'enGare service for all information about the assistance service at stations for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility
The call terminal is mainly for disabled passengers who wish to contact a member of staff when they enter the station.
In visual and audio contact with the requesting passenger, the reception staff can provide information to the passenger as soon as they arrive at the station and come to them to accompany them to their train if the passenger requests it
