The service is provided from first train to last train.
Accès Plus is the national service of care at stations and accompaniment to the train for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
Contact "Accès Plus" 7 days a week, 7am-10pm and 48 hours before your departure
- Phone: 3635 then press #45, or say "services" then "Accès Plus" (free service + call price)
- Internet: oui.sncf (via the booking form)
- At SNCF ticket offices or at station
