Refer to the Assist'enGare service for all information about the assistance service at stations for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility
"To assist you on your journey, an agent at the station will accompany you for free to your seat on the train.
To guarantee this service, please book it when you purchase your ticket at least 48 hours in advance and arrive 30 minutes before your train departs. This accompaniment includes carrying a single piece of luggage, maximum 15kg. No other luggage can be carried.
If you do not meet these conditions, you may be refused service. "
