Regional Station Divisions
Present in all French regions, the Regional Divisions are in charge of cascading the service, operation and maintenance policies as well as development projects at the regional scale. They consists of support centres and operational units spread across the country; they are the points of contact for institutional partners in the regions for matters relating to station operations.
Station Managers
Station managers oversee the operation of the stations. They are responsible for cleanliness, safety, smooth running of equipment and services, and passenger information. For sites with a high volume of passenger traffic, Station Managers are assisted in their duties by a Head of Station or by local TER station managers who also act as Station Masters for other sites.
