What are the conditions of use for the assistance service for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility?

To benefit from the assistance service in the station, you must:  

• Go to the Disabled passenger assistance meeting point in the station at least 30 minutes before the departure of your train*.  
• Having a valid ticket for the journey in question and the date the assistance was requested for.
• Only have one bag weighing 15kg maximum**. The weight of the luggage may be checked by staff in the station.  
• Wheelchairs must not be more than 700mm wide, 1200mm long and 1500mm turning circle. Weight limit (including the occupant and luggage): 300 kg for an electric wheelchair, 200 kg for a manual wheelchair.  

*60 minutes before departure for Eurostar London journeys.
** 2 bags with a maximum weight of 15 kg each for Eurostar London journeys.

If you fail to respect these conditions, the assistance will be refused.
