The Regional Stations Departments
The Regional Stations Departments are responsible for service policies, operations and maintenance and station development projects for their regions. They are the contact people for institutional partners in the regions, for all matters around operations of the stations. They consist of support centres and operational units spread around the country.
The Île-de-France Stations Department manages the nearly 400 stations in the Île-de-France region.
The stations directors
The stations directors are responsible for running the stations. They are responsible for cleanliness, security, ensuring equipment and services are working correctly and also passenger information. To carry out their missions, the stations directors are supported by a station manager at sites with a high volume of passenger traffic and by TER local managers who also fulfil the role of station manager for other sites.
