SA SNCF Gares & Connexions is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and software packages accessible as well as its mobile applications and digital urban furniture in accordance with article 47 of law 2005-102 dated 11 February 2005.

In this regard, it is implementing the following strategy and actions:

This accessibility declaration applies to the Assist’enGare assistance request form https://www.garesetconnexions.sncf/fr/assistances-psh-pmr.

Compliance status

The Assist’enGare assistance request form is partially compliant with the general guidelines for improvement of accessibility (RGAA) version 4.1.2

Test results

The compliance audit carried out by the SNCF Digital Department’s Digital Accessibility team reveals that:

  • 87.5% of RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met.
  • The site’s average compliance rate is 96.9%.

  • On the assistance request summary page, the visual focus indicator on the ‘See processing details’ button is by colour only.

Scripts:

  • On several pages, on the progress indicator, a non-interactive element can receive the keyboard focus.
  • At step 1, one button does not have a textual label
  • At step 3, one button has an inappropriate title
  • At step 3, when searching for journeys, the screen reader is not repositioned on the journeys when the search results are displayed,
  • At step 3, when searching for journeys, the screen reader is not repositioned at the start of the block after selecting a train.
  • At step 3, a status message is not rendered by the screen readers

Mandatory elements:

  • On the confirmation page, tags are used for presentation purposes.

Presentation of information

  • At step 5, the keyboard focus indicator is not visible on one of the buttons.

Forms:

  • At step 1, the error message regarding the field is not read by the screen reader when accessing the phone number field.

We are going to implement corrective updates on 20/03 and 10/04 to cover these expectations
