
Before you start
A few days before you start, a digital app allows you to learn about the company and know your different contact people up to 6 months after you start.
1st day
Your manager welcomes you, introduces you to the team and your work environment and explains your tasks and tools.


1st week
A training programme for your position is built together with your manager, your HR and your establishment’s training unit.
First month
Awareness around security and professional risks related to your environment and your work.
You will meet with your HR manager and be given access to the SNCF Gares & Connexions e-learning platform to help you to understand Gares & Connexions’ strategy, professions and environment through an interactive presentation.

Within 6 months
- Station-school course, to teach you about the service promises at stations through a customer journey and converse with a Stations Director and their team.
- Integration day to converse with the branch managers and better understand SNCF Gares & Connexions through an interdepartmental project.
