It also operates 9,000 advertising panels managed by the advertising sales division MédiaTransports. AREP

AREP is a multidisciplinary research consultancy for layout and construction of transport spaces. It supports major urban planning and architecture projects around the world. Active in France and internationally, AREP incorporates a wide range of professions, both upstream and downstream of the project. A subsidiary of SNCF Gares & Connexions, AREP has three subsidiaries: AREP Architectes (architecture company), AREP Pékin and AREP Vietnam, as well as a branch in Switzerland.

This entity is responsible for all of SNCF Gares & Connexions’ expertise internationally when it comes to management of stations, analysis of flows and optimisation of revenue from transport hubs. Formed in 2014 as a joint venture by SNCF Gares & Connections and Relay, part of the Lagardère Group, Lagardère & Connexions operates newsagents at French stations.
