You can also collect, exchange or cancel tickets purchased over the Internet, by telephone or in SNCF-approved travel agencies, using the bank card you used to purchase them, or buy or renew your discount card or season ticket.
Available in French, English, Italian, German, Spanish and Dutch, the kiosks are accessible to a wide audience.
These new-generation machines are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
