TERMS FOR USE OF BICYCLE SHELTER
The present terms set the conditions for use of ‘Bicycle parking with access control’. Use of the bicycle parking implies express acceptance of the present terms by the user. The user, regularly informed of the conditions set out below, accepts the terms and renounces the right to take any action against the Operator.

ARTICLE 1: ACCESS TO PARKING SPACE
The bicycle shelter is open to the public 24 hours per day.

ARTICLE 2: PARKING
This service consists of a collective locker with access control. The bicycle shelter is reserved exclusively to be used for non-motorised bicycles. It is therefore not permitted to park motorbikes, scooters, mopeds or other combustion engine vehicles. Users are required to walk inside the bicycle shelter. The user will ensure to secure their bicycle on the racks provided for this effect using a lock of their choice, and not provided by the Operator. It should be noted that the free service is in relation to a journey made on public transport. It is not in any circumstances a long-term garage service. In this regard, the Operator will be justified in removing a bicycle that has been continuously present for a period exceeding one week.

ARTICLE 3: RESPONSIBILITIES
To reach the bicycle shelter, the user must respect the rules of the road and walk when inside the station building and pedestrian zones. The provision of collective lockers with access control does not imply any responsibility on the part of the Operator for the deposit or supervision of the bicycles. Any measures implemented to ensure security of property in the bicycle shelter will not be considered as an obligation of supervision on the part of the Operator. The Operator is not liable for any losses or damages, whatever the cause, arising from or during use of the bicycle shelter.
