Have you lost something? Click here or contact one of our lost and found offices in stations to report your loss. This online service is available 24/7.
A €5 or €10 restitution fee is charged when you pick up an item found at a station.
Collection of lost property requires payment of a return fee of €5 or €10 per item depending on the value of the item (see list of items). Payment can be made in cash or by a cheque endorsable in France.
