COLLECT & STATION IS THE PARCEL COLLECTION SERVICE AT STATIONS. THIS SERVICE OF AUTOMATIC LOCKERS IS OPERATED BY THE COMPANY PICK UP OF THE LA POSTE GROUP. NOW YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED TO THE STATION!

How does it work?

When you make an online purchase, choose the Pick Up Station locker delivery option for the station of your choice with the carriers Chronopost or Colissimo and select the Pickup Station locker. If it is not offered, click on “other point” and enter an address to find it. When your parcel is delivered to the station, you receive an email and SMS with your parcel collection codes.
Go to the Collect & Station service at your station, enter your codes on the screen: the locker will open and you can collect your parcel!

What are the benefits?

This innovative service, soon available at 250 stations, is:

  • CONVENIENT: All you need is to choose the Pickup Station locker option when purchasing online
  • FAST: the lockers are installed at stations on your everyday commute. And it takes less than 15 seconds to collect your parcel.
  • SECURE: All the lockers are equipped with photo triggers (identical system to cash machines)
