Tramway

  1. Station shuttle: Travel from the station provided by TAM public transport to reach the stop Place de France. This is served by tram line 1 (L1) and by bus line 9, to reach the city centre. 
  2. Tram: Odysseum and Place de France tram stops are currently the closest stops to Montpellier Sud de France station (approx. 2.5 km). 
  3. L1 extension: The line extension and its new final stop, serving Montpellier Sud de France station have been approved. These will connect the station to the public transport network as well as the city centre. Planned to be in service by end of 2024. Works starting from November 2022. In the meantime we are doing everything we can to facilitate your travel.
