Since Summer 2014 there has been an accompaniment and free luggage portering service for passengers at Paris Gare de Lyon. Eighteen people, men and women aged 19 to 54, offer their services daily to families or people on their own in need of assistance as their train arrives or departs. This service has been very successful with passengers and leads to careers for the beneficiaries of this reinclusion project.
