What are return costs?

The return costs cover part of the costs of handling, verification, management, storage and securing.
Any customers that wish to retrieve their property must pay these return costs, which are 5€ for “everyday” objects and 10€ for valuables, which require greater security.
The return costs may be paid directly on-line or at the Lost property office.
