Is a customer that has a disability or reduced mobility allowed to travel with two wheelchairs?

For security reasons, no luggage must obstruct passages in the aisles or between compartments and carriages, on-board the trains. A folding wheelchair is classed as luggage. It is allowed on all trains but must be kept close to you. However, if the second wheelchair does not fold (disabled sports, handbike type), it is not allowed on-board the trains (it is not luggage). We would like to remind you that if you would like assistance, you cannot ask the member of staff accompanying you to lift any item weighing more than 15 kg maximum.
