Why can I not accompany someone onto the platform when the boarding gates are in use?

Only the transport company can authorise access to the platforms for people those accompanying fragile people (Persons with reduced mobility disabilities, families with children, etc.). For more information on the policy of the transport companies, you can contact them here.

There is also a free assistance service for persons with reduced mobility and/or disabilities in the station, to accompany these persons from the welcome point in the station to their seat on the train. For more information on this service, click here.
