You can only contact the Accessibility Emergency Line on the day you travel, if you are having problems. For example: the member of staff or taxi does not show up at the agreed time, you cannot find the meeting point, there is an unforeseen accessibility problem in the station (like a lift that is not working), etc. The emergency line does not accept requests for reserving assistance.
