During assistance service, is the helper obliged to accompany the customer to the toilets in the station or the train just before departure?

Personal needs such as buying food or drinks, accompaniment in shops, ticket sales points and services inside the station (lockers, ticket machines...) and the toilets (in the station or on-board) are not included in the assistance service.
