In compliance with the law, the assistance service information and booking services managed until now by the transport companies , via the Accès Plus, Accès Plus TN, Accès TER and other services, are being taken over by the single Assist'enGare platform, in order to offer passengers with disabilities and people with reduced mobility a single point of entry that facilitates their access to the service and their mobility.
Some transport companies, however, plan to keep their current brand to communicate all the additional services they are developing to facilitate the mobility of passengers with disabilities and people with reduced mobility (e.g. for TGV: My visual Assistant, the Domicile + Train service to help you access the station and/or your place of residence, the Mes Bagages service, etc...).
