Are we sure that we aren’t being tracked when we use the Wifi in the station?

To enable SNCF Gares & Connexions to adapt the offer of services and equipment, to dimension the areas inside the station and to optimise our system, we take statistical measurements of passenger flows in the station, based on the signals emitted by a terminal whose Wifi connectivity is enabled.  
SNCF Gares & Connexions guarantees that the data collected when a customer connects to the free Wifi service in the station is anonymous (we do not identify the owner of the mobile that is connected) and is encrypted, every day, in compliance with regulations (GDPR and CNIL).
